1. Terms and definitions:

“World of Tanks”, “World of Tanks Game”, “WOT” – a computer game in the genre of survival simulator with an open world; 

“World of Tanks Account” – a product in the form of digital data provided to the user after making a purchase; 

“User” – an individual who has entered into an agreement with WOT-SALE.SU; 

«Agreement» — this user agreement; 

«Parties» — WOT-SALE.SU and the user; 

1.2. Other terms and definitions found in the text of the agreement are interpreted by the parties in accordance with the usual rules for interpreting relevant terms; 

1.3. The headings of the agreement are intended solely for the convenience of using the text of the agreement and do not have a literal legal meaning.
